- The property will have a welcome book with detailed information and house rules for all guests.
- We maintain and immediately handle property repairs; and will always coordinate with owners, if needed.
- Advertise your property on all major booking portals, and LYX website.
- We handle all business-related tasks: Customer service, marketing, offering secure payment on the website, personal check-in / check-out, cleaning, custom brand house supplies.
- Open communication with guests and handling all bookings with a personal touch.
- As locals, we help collaborate witreliable maintenance companies (plumbers, electricians, builders, etc) to get the most competitive price.
- Reporting of guests to the authorities and secure check in.
- We do license requests for holiday rentals for free.
- When the property is not booked, we make sure to visit bi-weekly for general inspections.
