Villa The View, is located in the wonderful residential area of Capellania, within Benalmádena. The villa faces south toward the incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Fuengirola. The villa was completely renovated in 2015 and has a living area of 265 m2 adding to the 1,000 m2 in total with the outdoor garden and pool area. The villa is all on one floor with 3 double bedrooms, & additional room (currently sleeps 2 with a sofa bed) that can be used for an office. The villa contains three full bathrooms, and a wonderful spacious living room with a sofa large enough for 8 people. The modern kitchen was re-designed to have everything you will need to host and cook for your family. The dining table was set to lead to the interior patio which also contains a barbecue for you and your friends / family to enjoy. For entertainment, the villa has a football table with views to the garden, and a stunning pool with views to the Sea. Everything you would need to live comfortably – restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations – can be found in under 5 mins by car, with the ability to walk.
