What is a Mortgage Broker?
A mortgage broker is an individual who provides the client with access to different mortgage offers from different banks. He / She acts as a bridge between the client and the bank. The Broker offers the client a few mortgages adjusted to their needs, then helps the client to negotiate the mortgage with the selected bank. The mortgage broker can obtain cheaper conditions than an individual thanks to the negotiation and the agreements he / she has with the banks, so that the client may obtain lower interest rates and better conditions.
